Who do I contact to request permission to use NLP's intellectual property for non-commercial use?
Generally, anything related to non-commercial use such as hand-made artwork, your child's homemade clothing, student projects, high-school drama shows, etc., is covered under public fair use terms. However, in cases where any monies (not including profit) are a factor, these are covered under trademark protection. Each situation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis by NLP's Legal Department on behalf of Nicholas Lemon Productions, Inc. Please note that inquiries are processed in the order in which they are received and can take up to eight weeks before you could receive a response.
